KC's is getting ready to become the official HolaParcel collection point for Condado de Alhama. Soon you'll be able to shop online as usual, send it to KC's, and your parcel will wait safely at our counter - even if you're at the pool, on the golf course, or back home abroad.

How it will work
From checkout
to counter
- 1Get your personal Hola ID when the service launches - we'll show you how.
- 2Shop online as usual - at checkout, use KC's address with your Hola ID: KC's, Local 14, Al Kasar Commercial Centre, 30849 Alhama de Murcia.
- 3The courier delivers to us - Amazon, Correos, SEUR, MRW, GLS, DHL and UPS all deliver to our counter six days a week.
- 4We let you know by SMS and email the moment your parcel arrives - with a 6-digit pickup code.
- 5Collect at KC's counter any time in opening hours. Show the code, take the parcel. Done.

Where will the HolaParcel collection point be?
At KC's Paint, Hardware & Hire, Local 14, Al Kasar Commercial Centre, Condado de Alhama. Once it launches you'll be able to have your online orders delivered to KC's and collect them at the counter with a 6-digit pickup code during opening hours.
When does parcel pickup launch?

Which couriers will deliver there?
Amazon, Correos, SEUR, MRW, GLS, DHL and UPS will all be able to deliver to the HolaParcel point at KC's.
How much will it cost?
Prices will be announced when the service launches - we'll include them when we let you know it's open.
What if I'm not on the resort when my parcel arrives?
That's the point - your parcel will wait safely at KC's counter, even if you're at the pool, on the golf course, or back home abroad.
